We believe there is no better match for a good chunk of fresh bread, than a lovely piece of cheese

Which one to choose?

One of our most popular cheeses is the award-winning Lincolnshire Poacher. It is produced by Simon Jones' fourth generation dairy farm; using fresh unpasteurised milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows. The fertile chalk fields help give the cheese its distinctive and complex flavours. A hand-made cheese, it combines characteristics of a traditional Cheddar and a Swiss mountain cheese. Matured for 14-24 months it has a unique flavour and texture and, although the taste varies with the seasons, it usually has a fruity, nutty taste with a clean sweet finish.
